📜 What is Social Security Organisations?
This chapter provides for the constitution, powers and functioning of social security organisations such as the Central Board (for Employees’ Provident Fund), Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, National Social Security Board, State Unorganised Workers’ Boards and Building and Other Construction Workers’ Welfare Boards. It sets out their composition, disqualifications, procedures and additional functions relating to social security schemes.
यह अध्याय कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि के लिए केंद्रीय मंडल, कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम, राष्ट्रीय सामाजिक सुरक्षा बोर्ड, राज्य असंगठित श्रमिक बोर्ड तथा भवन एवं अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण बोर्ड जैसे सामाजिक सुरक्षा संगठनों की स्थापना, संरचना, शक्तियों और कार्यप्रणाली से संबंधित प्रावधान देता है। इसमें सदस्यता, अयोग्यता, बैठकों की प्रक्रिया तथा सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं से जुड़े अतिरिक्त कार्यों का उल्लेख है।
