This chapter consolidates provisions relating to trade unions, including registration, recognition and internal governance. It deals with the Registrar of Trade Unions, criteria and procedure for registration, contents of union constitutions, rights and liabilities, recognition of negotiating union or negotiating council, funds, immunities in civil and criminal matters and disputes related to trade unions.
